1. Bot Wars by J.V. Kade
I am usually not a fan of any type of robot books, but I really enjoyed this one!
2. Like Sweet Potato Pie by Jennifer Rogers Spinola
Being from the south, I wanted to like this book so bad!! I just could not get past some things.
3. The Replacement Wife by Eileen Goudge
I thought this book sounded really interesting, but I ended up really disliking it.
4. Teeth by Hannah Moskowitz
This book sounded really good, but ended up being nothing like the book blurb. I was really grossed out and disturbed by some of the stuff in this book.
5. Love and Other Perishable Items by Laura Buzo
This book looked so cute!!! I ended up liking it, just not as much as I wanted to.
6. Courting Trouble by Deeanne Gist
I usually love historical Christian fiction books like this one, but the ending of this book had me very frustrated!
7. The Scent of Rain by Kristin Billerbeck
Kristin Billerbeck is one of my favorite authors, but this book was kind of boring at times.
8. Nobody But Us by Kristin Halbrook
I was so looking forward to this book!! When I got to read it, it was repetitive and not like I had hoped it would be.
9. Uses for Boys by Erica Lorraine Scheidt
This book sounded like it was going to be good, but I was very offended by many things in this book.
10. A Royal Pain by Megan Mulry
This book was long and hard to stay interested in.
Well it looks like most of these are books that disappointed me. I read a lot of good books, but I usually only pick up books that I think I will like. This means that I expect to like all of the books I pick up. Usually, I do. Sometimes, as listed above, the books do disappoint me.
